Message from the President

The reason I thought it was important for us to establish an AAREP chapter in DFW was simple; I wanted to provide an environment where African Americans in the local commercial real estate industry could collaborate and support one another as we continue to grow.

My goal for this space was for it to be a place where we could be our authentic selves without fear. There is a lot of talented African Americans in our industry and my hope is that this organization will be key in shining a light on them and a catalyst for more African Americans to take part in our industry. We will achieve this through our core principles of diversity, networking and professional development.
